heated piston filler for viscous liquids
Viscous Liquid Filling Machine
Viscous liquid filling machine: gear pump, lobe pump or piston. Heated piston filler options for products that thicken at ambient temperature. Up to 1,000,000 cP with heated hopper. Honey, sauce, cream, adhesive and gel applications.
Why Choose HEMUfill Viscous Filling Machine
Gear Pump · Lobe Pump · Piston
Three fill technologies cover the full viscosity spectrum: gear pump for smooth liquids up to 500,000 cP; lobe pump for chunky or shear-sensitive products; large-bore piston for paste and products above 500,000 cP. All three mount on the same machine frame — switch pump heads in under 30 minutes when products change.
Heated Piston Filler Option
A heated piston filler can combine a jacketed hopper, heated product hose, heated cylinder body and heated nozzles when palm oil, coconut oil, wax blends, chocolate, petroleum jelly or adhesives thicken at ambient temperature. The required temperature window should be confirmed from product tests before the quote.
Dive Nozzle Positive Shut-Off
Bottom-up fill nozzle submerges into the container before opening — eliminates splashing, air entrapment and product foaming in thick, aerated products. Positive shut-off with vacuum suck-back prevents drip and stringing after each fill. Critical for high-value cream, gel, adhesive and cosmetic ointment lines.
