Inline fillers are simpler, lower cost and easier to maintain. They are suitable for speeds up to 60–120 bottles/min. Best for small to medium production volumes, multiple product types (easy changeover) and limited floor space. Rotary fillers are higher speed (100–1,200 bottles/min), continuous motion machines for dedicated production lines. They are more expensive but have higher throughput and are the standard for beverage, dairy and pharmaceutical high-volume production. Choose inline for flexibility; choose rotary when throughput exceeds what inline can deliver at your target cycle time.
How should I compare liquid filling machine price quotes?+
Compare liquid filling machine price by quoted scope, not only by the filler model. Check the filling principle, number of heads, container range, product-contact materials, anti-drip or heating options, capping and labeling scope, spare parts, utilities, FAT/SAT support, commissioning and destination requirements. Is a hot sauce filling machine the same as a general liquid filler?+
