Powder Filling & Sealing Machine

Our powder filling and sealing machines handle a wide range of powder products: food powders (milk powder, coffee, protein powder, spices, flour, sugar), pharmaceutical powders (APIs, nutraceuticals), agricultural powders (fertilizer, pesticide), industrial powders (detergent, chemical powder), and cosmetic powders (talc, setting powder). Auger filling is preferred for cohesive powders; weigh filling for free-flowing powders requiring high accuracy.

Standard powder filling and sealing machines produce: sachets (single-serve, 1–50g), pillow bags (50g–5kg), stick packs (1–10g, narrow format), flat-bottom stand-up pouches (100g–5kg), and gusset bags. Most machines include longitudinal + transverse sealing for form-fill-seal (FFS) operation from roll stock film, eliminating pre-made bag handling.

Auger-type powder filling achieves tolerance by RFQ for free-flowing powders, with filling speeds up to 5,000 sachets/hour. Multi-head weigh filling achieves by RFQ or better for granular powders (coffee beans, seeds, protein granules). For highest accuracy requirements (pharmaceutical powders), servo-auger dosing achieves tolerance by RFQ at 1,500–2,000 fills/hour.

Our powder filling and sealing machines are compatible with: PE/PE laminates, BOPP/CPP, PET/PE, foil/PE (aluminum foil for moisture-sensitive powders), kraft paper/PE (eco-friendly packaging), and multilayer barrier films. Film width: 80–500mm. The machine accommodates roll stock film with automatic splicing on higher-end models.

Yes. For hygroscopic, sticky, or clumping powders (milk powder, protein powder, coffee creamer), we supply machines with sealed fill tubes, vibration assistance, anti-bridging stirrer, and nitrogen purging capability. The sealed environment prevents moisture ingress during filling. Machines are also available with CIP (clean-in-place) systems for fast changeover between powder types.

A standard single-lane sachet powder filling and sealing machine is quoted after scope review for an auger-type unit (500g fill range, 1,000–3,000 sachets/hr). Multi-head weigh filling lines for larger pouches are quoted after scope review. High-speed multi-lane units and turnkey complete lines are priced on request.
