Production capacity depends on container size: 250ml–1L bottles achieve 4,000–6,000 bottles/hour; 1L–5L bottles achieve 2,000–4,000 bottles/hour; 5L–25L containers achieve 300–800 units/hour. Full turnkey lines include blow molding, filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, and palletizing.

Net weight filling systems achieve ±0.3% accuracy for cooking oils — equating to ±1.5g on a 500ml fill. This exceeds the ±1% accuracy typical of volumetric filling and significantly reduces product giveaway. For high-value premium oils, flow meter filling achieves ±0.2% accuracy.
