Paint filling machines are optimized for coating materials (water-based and solvent-based paints, varnishes, primers). They feature sealed filling heads to minimize VOC emissions and anti-corrosion construction. Chemical filling machines handle a broader range of industrial liquids including acids, alkalis, solvents and specialty chemicals, and are available with ATEX Zone 1/2 certification for flammable substances.

Our drum filling machines achieve ±100g accuracy on a 200kg fill (±0.05%), using net-weight control with load cells updated 200 times per second. This significantly reduces product giveaway compared to volumetric systems. The fast-slow fill approach (fast fill to 90%, slow top-off to target weight) ensures consistent accuracy across all drum sizes.

Yes. Our IBC filling machines support top-fill (gravity/pump fill through the IBC top opening) and bottom-fill (connection via the IBC butterfly valve for closed-loop filling of sensitive or volatile chemicals). Bottom-fill is recommended for flammable solvents and chemicals requiring minimal vapor exposure. Both configurations are available with ATEX options.

Our ATEX filling machines are certified to ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU for Equipment Group II, Category 2G (Zone 1) and 3G (Zone 2). Certification covers the complete filling system including control panels, motors, pumps and sensors. IECEx certification is available for export to non-EU markets. Standard filling machines are optimized for specific container ranges. For small-to-medium containers (250ml–20L), we recommend our paint can filling machine. For large containers (50L–200L), our drum filling machine is purpose-built with the appropriate weigh platform and fill head. However, we offer integrated filling lines with automatic container changeover for manufacturers handling multiple formats.

Standard paint filling machines and drum filling machines have a 6–8 week lead time. ATEX-certified chemical filling machines and IBC filling systems typically require 8–12 weeks due to the additional certification requirements and explosion-proof component sourcing. Factory acceptance testing (FAT) at our facility is included before shipment.
